Tell us your packaging plan, shape, size and outlook of the tin packaging required. Take a look at our product library — one of our existing tins may suit your purpose perfectly.

Or use an existing tin as a starting point and make adjustments or modifications to create a bespoke style that best features your unique products.

Visual design & prototype sampling

Sketch to
physical prototype

Start visual design from a sketch or drawing and we can confirm the actual physical outlook of the tin by means of a prototype sample.

Modification and refinement can be made from the prototype either by varying the proportion of the dimension or even the shape of the tin.

Artwork design

Artwork & print approval

After the final 3D shape of the tin is determined, a template will be furnished for artwork making. Trial printing of the artwork will be done on a metal sheet.

Upon approval of the printed artwork, we'll make actual tin samples as a reference standard for future production.

Production stage

Full production — 60 day lead time

Once the printed tin sample is approved, we'll start full production. The normal lead time for production is 60 days.

A pre-production sample could be available for final approval if necessary before bulk production begins.
